Banneker Class thoroughly enjoyed their first Tae Kwondo session! Great example of a class with a full PE kit.

Year 6 really enjoyed their trip to the National History Museum to learn about evolution and adaptation.

Banneker Class have been busy preparing their guidebook for the Amazon Rainforest.

Year 6 are very excited to be starting their new class book, Philip Pullman’s Grimm Tales, with a trip to the Unicorn Theatre.


Banneker Class have been finding out where our food comes from using Google Earth.  Did you know pineapples from Indonesia travel 12, 36 km?


Year 6 have had a wonderful day at the Maritime Museum and Cutty Sark in Greenwich today. Discovering trade routes and mapping a shipping route around the world.

Darwin Class have been looking at the different classifications of vertebrates in Science.

On Friday, Banneker class were exploring how David Almond develops a setting in their class novel ‘Skellig.’ The children were producing some lovely pieces of work.


Darwin Class have had a very exciting morning with the National Theatre. Experimenting with mature language, themes and emotions during their performances.

Darwin Class have been working with Nathan, our fitness instructor, this morning who has been putting the children through their paces with circuit training.

Year 6 launched their Fiver Challenge with an inspiring visit from business leaders and entrepreneurs, Mr Keith Staines and Dr Rachel O’Connell. Both of our visitors shared their experiences and top-tips for developing a successful business idea.


Year 6 have been developing their cricket skills with some coaching from all Stars Cricket, in preparation for the Kwik Cricket Tournament next week.

Last week Year 6 visited St Paul's Academy to take part in a junior citizen workshop. The children learnt how to be safe and positive members of society. They even got to meet the Mayor!
