National History Day

Today we celebrated National History Day by dressing up as some of London, and England's, most famous historical figures. We saw many different costumes today with suffragettes being the biggest theme of all.

Mrs Slack made a very convincing police officer as she represented Cressida Dick, Mrs Stanczyk paid tribute to Boy George, Ms Hope became Adele for the day, Zoe played the part of Paula Radcliffe and most of our other staff supported the suffragette women!

It was great to see so much effort being put in by staff and children and the relation these people had to the work being completed in their classrooms. One child became English Archeologist Howard Carter which linked nicely to their subject of Egyptian Tombs.

It was a lovely end to our penultimate term.
